DAYBREAK

Recently, NCS designed and installed a complete security system for DayBreak, a supported living centre in Leicestershire. The centre, owned by East Midlands Housing and operated by the Affinity Trust, was completed in December 2010 and opened in January 2011. With its bright atmosphere, comfortable apartments, and 24-hour support, DayBreak creates a safe living environment for adults with learning disabilities.

LEVI COURT

Levi Court is a sheltered housing scheme managed by the Meres & Mosses Housing Association. Situated in Ellesmere in Shropshire, the scheme is made up of twenty-one bungalows and supervised by a 24-hour control centre.

NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE HOMES

NCS recently worked with North Lincolnshire Homes in their Better Homes project, a year-long initiative to replace and improve the communal entrances on a number of houses and flats in Scunthorpe. This massive project began in October 2010 and finished in October 2011.

RACING WELFARE

Racing Welfare is a charity run by The Jockey Club to provide support to people who work, or have worked, in the Thoroughbred Horseracing and breeding industry. The charity owns a housing association named Racing Homes, whose aim is to provide an affordable solution.

SWALLOW COURT

A1 Housing is an Arms Length Management Organization (ALMO) that provides the day-to-day management of Bassetlaw District Council’s housing stock of around 7,000 properties. A1 Housing has, for many years, employed the services of Network

WELBEING

Wellbeing, also known as Wealden & Eastbourne Lifeline, is a leading provider of Telecare and Telehealth systems. Wellbeing recently employed Network Communication Systems Ltd (NCS) to reprogram the warden call systems at a number of sheltered housing schemes in Tamworth
