It supports onsite, offsite and local offsite calls.
Pendants support.
It sends faulty unit alerts to both the onsite ARC and offsite ARC if any of the room units in the building go faulty.
It provides a broadcasting feature if staff want to make announcements to all residents in the building at the same time.
The Symphony Gateway tablet shows all the active alarm calls from different units/apartments on the screen, including unit IDs and alarm types.
We also have a data backup feature.
We have full remote access to this gateway device, allowing us to do software upgrades remotely, change any settings, and provide troubleshooting and remote support to our clients (we provide 100% fully remote support).
It sends heartbeat requests to both onsite and offsite servers to ensure the connection is active. If no response is received, it generates an alert to both onsite and offsite alarm receiving centers (ARCs).
