  • We have full remote access to this gateway device, allowing us to do software upgrades remotely, change any settings, and provide troubleshooting and remote support to our clients (we provide 100% fully remote support).

  • It sends heartbeat requests to both onsite and offsite servers to ensure the connection is active. If no response is received, it generates an alert to both onsite and offsite alarm receiving centers (ARCs).
